From the moment you step inside, the house feels like a true home.

The spaces are dressed with alpaca blankets, soft cottons, and organic linens, creating a sense of calm and comfort in every corner.

Upper floor
On the upper floor, there is a spacious suite with breathtaking sea views, a full bathroom with both bathtub and shower, and a traditional enclosed gallery with two very comfortable armchairs — an ideal spot to sit, read or simply watch the changing Atlantic light.

Also on this level is a small bedroom, conceived as a children’s or single room, which forms part of a family suite connected to the attic level.

Attic
The attic hosts a beautiful suite with a full bathroom with shower and spectacular views over the ocean. The sea can be seen both from the bed and from the shower, creating a rare sense of closeness to the landscape. This suite also has direct access to a private terrace with the same open Atlantic views.

All bathrooms are designed with simplicity, comfort and quality materials.

Living room and kitchen

On the ground floor, the kitchen, living room and dining area form a generous open-plan space, with a fireplace and a small guest toilet. From here, large doors lead directly out to the garden terrace and the small swimming pool.

The living and dining area is warm and inviting, designed for long, unhurried meals around the large table or for simply sitting back and enjoying the views.
In winter, after a walk along the beach, spending the afternoon by the fireplace becomes the natural plan — quiet hours, warmth and the sound of the Atlantic in the distance.

Garden Pool, barbecue and outdoor dining area

Garden terrace with plunge pool

Directly accessed from the living room, the first outdoor space is a garden terrace of approximately 30 m². Here you will find a small plunge pool (around 3 × 3.5 m, 1 m deep), ideal for cooling off after a walk on the beach or during warm summer days.

The terrace is furnished with a dining table for up to four adults and two children (or five adults), comfortable seating and two sun loungers.

From the pool and terrace, panoramic views open onto the Atlantic Ocean, the dunes and the beach — an exceptional setting for quiet mornings, long afternoons and golden sunsets.

Second garden near the parking area

About 50 metres from the house is the private parking area and a second garden of approximately 150 m². This space includes an additional barbecue, a dining table with seating (for four adults and two children or five adults), two sun loungers and two outdoor armchairs.

Like the rest of the property, this garden enjoys open views over the natural surroundings and the coastal hills, offering a more secluded spot for long meals or relaxed evenings outdoors.

A truly unique Atlantic refuge

Mirador das Areas is a place to stay — and to live at your own pace.
Prepare a barbecue, cool off in the pool or lose yourself in a good book while taking in the views from every corner of the house.

As the day unfolds, the landscape shifts with the light, offering a different scene every hour. On calm days, you may even spot dolphins playing in the Atlantic, just offshore from the beach.



Surroundings

Nature, beaches, lighthouses and forests — all within easy reach

At the foot of Mirador das Areas lies the protected natural area of Razo–Baldaio, considered one of Spain’s finest beaches for its vast size, excellent conservation and the immense Atlantic landscape that surrounds it. From the house, you can walk to the beach as part of your daily routine: sandy walks, refreshing swims and long sunsets facing the ocean.

Razo–Baldaio is one of the longest beaches in Galicia and one of Spain’s great natural coastal landscapes. Here, kilometres of white sand, dunes, wetlands and a hidden saltwater lagoon create a unique environment — a natural pool that is loved by both adults and children.

Walking, surfing and discovering the landscape

A short walk from the house runs the Ruta dos Pinos do Mar, a coastal trail that follows the ocean and connects Caión with Malpica. Part of the route crosses the dunes, and continues along the beach, allowing walks of up to 6 km beside the sea.

The area invites outdoor activities such as surfing, horse riding on the beach, gentle coastal walks and cycling, always with the Atlantic as a constant reference and with the freedom to adapt each day to the pace you choose.

Lighthouses, fishing villages and the Costa da Morte

From the house, you can easily reach some of the most iconic lighthouses of the Costa da Morte, such as Fisterra, Punta Nariga, Cabo Vilán and O Roncudo, as well as small coastal villages with their own identity.

Thanks to its location, the house is an excellent base for exploring different parts of the coast and the interior of Galicia: Malpica and Caión (15 min), Ponteceso (20 min), Laxe (30 min), Muxía and Fisterra (60 min).

Local services and everyday life

On Razo beach you will also find good bars and restaurants, some offering take-away service — ideal for enjoying local food without complications.

Just 10 minutes away is Carballo, the region’s main town, where you will find everything you need: supermarkets, medical centre, restaurants, tapas bars, cinema, sports facilities, a nearby golf course and a well-known thermal spa.

On alternating Thursdays and Sundays, a lively local market takes place, offering seasonal products and a real taste of local life.

Well connected

The house is easily accessible by motorway, just 10 minutes from the nearest junction.

A Coruña: 35 minutes

Santiago de Compostela: 55 minutes

It is also a great option for pilgrims who, after completing the Camino de Santiago, seek a few days of rest in a natural and peaceful environment.
